Paper Marbling

Our 2nd Paper Marbling Workshop run by Norwich based Victoria Hall was a great success. A group of 8 lovely people concentrating hard to learn the complex techniques involved but the results were fabulous. Here are some of the photos I took of the papers drying on the terrace in the sun, some panels made by Brian and some of the dried papers waiting to be pressed. Victoria ran the class brilliantly and all the participants were very complimentary about the quality of our provision. More information about us and what we do at: http://www.burlinghamhall.co.uk

Workshops and glass

Well, what a time we've had recently: we have a big commission to produce 160 glass dessert platters for a very smart wedding venue in Hertfordshire. Almost there now after continuous firings in between workshops.
Our first glass workshop was a great success and the students made some beautiful things. We've just completed the 2 day Paper Marbling Workshop and have the second Glass Workshop this Friday. In addition, we've just exhibited at "Craft Village - at St Margaret's Church in St Benedicts Norwich - the next one is on 20th & 21st July". More info at: http://www.norwich-crafts.co.uk
Some really wonderful, rarely seen local and Scandinavian craftsmen and women exhibit here and it's run by a really nice lady. Do come along to the next one 20/07/2012 - 21/07/2012
We have one of our new Teasels Wall Plaques on display in Ethika in Norwich too: see http://www.ethika.co.uk
On top of all that we've been working with the lovely Kathy Webb on her Palm & Sole range of products that we designed the identity, packaging and website for. Fab natural products made here in Norwich - check it out: http://palm-and-sole.com

Must go - tons still to do...
